New 48" gas Radiant Broiler made by Therma-Tek. The same family that used to produce DCS commercial ranges. All Therma-Tek gas counter series radiant broilers are made to the highest commercial standards.

This unit features the following:

Welded stainless steel frame construction for strength and durability.

4" adjustable legs.

4 Heavy-duty cast-iron H shaped Burners at 30,000 BTU/hr each.

Total 120,000 BTU's of cooking power.

Adjustable rack height.

Heavy duty cast-iron grates.

Heavy cast-iron radiants that retain heat, minimize recovery time during peak periods, and are easy to clean.

Gas pressure regulator.

Each section is controlled by precision brass gas valve.

Cast iron radiants equipped with multiple heat sinks designed to retain heat, protect the burner and pilot from blockage, and minimize flare-ups.
