New 48" gas Char Rock Broiler by Therma-Tek. The same family that used to produce DCS commercial ranges. All Therma-Tek gas counter series char rock broilers are built to the highest commercial standards. This one includes the following:

Welded stainless steel frame construction for strength and durability.

4" adjustable legs.

Four Heavy-duty cast-iron H shape Burners at 30,000 BTU/hr each.

Four Burners on this unit.

Adjustable rack height. Heavy duty cast-iron grates.

Gas pressure regulator.

Each burner is controlled by precision brass gas valve.

Available in Natural Gas or LP Gas( please specify when buying, thanks) Please specify elevation and type gas for over 2,000 Ft altitude installations.
