New 36" gas griddle by Therma-Tek. The same family that used to produce DCS commercial ranges. A great commercial griddle with a great price features the following:

Welded stainless steel frame construction for strength and durability.

3/4" thick polished steel plate.

Spatula width grease trough.

Three heavy duty "U" shape burners

90,000 BTU's of cooking power. 30,000 BTU's per burner. Each 12" section is controlled by a manual brass gas control.

Temperature range is from 150 deg. F. to 450 deg. F.
